Xpheno screening
US team interview
India GCC interview

It's been 10 days since my final round, and I haven't received any update or confirmation. Neither the Xpheno team nor the KP team has responded to my follow-up messages.

Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do next? Should I continue waiting, or should I proceed with interview opportunities I'm receiving from other KP vendors for the same position?

Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?
