I am still giving interviews and would surely get upto 18 LPA fixed from mid level companies. My concern here is about KPMG, Should I go for brand or try to get the best ctc that I am capable of and join any company.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst I make right under 80k in total compensation (62k Salary, 17k Bonus). I have two years of experience, an Associates in Networking and a Sec+ cert, does everyone feel like this is a fair compensation based off my credentials and experience?

Is it just me or does it seem like everyone in FDD is in for the long long haul? I remember in audit everyone would talk about quitting or how they're only going to do audit for a few years to get experience and then leave. I'm not really seeing the same in TS. Just my observation.

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Its a VC funded startup & aggressively growing. I’ve never worked for a start up, so curious what everyone’s experiences are and any feedback would be super appreciated thank you!!

My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. It’s lower than my current salary and significantly lower than what I’d make by taking the first offer. Do I take the high salary and stay in claims or go for UW in hopes it will be best in long run?

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? I recently made the switch from industry finance to consulting and I’m struggling to find my place within the role. I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
