KPMG Manager (London) starting salary in Consulting ? Any ideas ?

Hi All, Prior to my final round I received a mail from KPMG HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and Aadhar, PAN, graduation degree and filled Candidate Application Form. After that I gave my final round 2 days back i.e on Friday & it went really well. Later I didn't receive any communication on whether i am selected or not. Is it a good sign?

I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?
