How much is the average time to complete recruitment process at Credit Suisse ? I started my process in July, I would have already joined another in the next month and they haven’t completed there process? I haven’t heard back from recruiter in last 3 weeks ? Does that mean i am rejected?

The answer: It depends. What’s the bump? What’s your current variable? Was it not discussed in the interview stages? What’s the B4 benchmark for your level in your geography?
Of course, on the face of it, the offer seems a bit low. But again... depends on the above factors.
Cool. Yes - pls get to the bottom of these Qs. There’s a big diff between sales and managed revenue. Needless to say, the latter could simply mean “highly capable at project/ programme management”, whereas sales would mean new accounts or growing existing ones with net incremental $$$ as your performance KPI. All the best.

Chicago. I was working for myself so no variable etc. I have actually been not working recently due to family. I hear typical Sales expectation, managed revenue 1 to 1.75 range.
Titles have gotten weird lately. director could be a M equivalent where 200k is good. Or it can be where you are close to partner in which case
it’s on the lower end. How many YOE do you have?
I’d try for higher then. To be fair though I am at over 15 years and having a hard time breaking 250
I’m at 175k base as a Strategy Senior, in a HCOL city, so I’d say that’s low. Started this year.
2-250 in Chicago for a director should be a minimum but clarify because there should be a minimum of a 20k signing
