Kpmg: when doing expenses, if meals are actuals do you still log the expense type as per diem meals or something else?

Offer included temporary housing and moving expense reimbursement…it’s been a month since I began working and 2 months since I started moving but still no reimbursement…should I escalate this? How long is too long?
