Landlords, I am about to start applying for apartments. Should I get a letter from my previous landlord? they are in Chicago. what should be included in the letter aside from “paid on time.”

I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️
