Last day I got surprised after listening to Tata Consultancy HR

Firstly they call anytime to have HR discussion without any formal invite and assumes candidate is free to have such discussion anytime .

Now the HR told max they can offer 20.5 LPA . I am already holding offer of 26LPA and currently at 16(20%hike is effective from July 1 ,making it 19.2) .

They took two round of interviews three weeks back , collected and verified all documents and called today to discuss unexpected. Mood off

How long does it take post the technical interview rounds to hear back from the recruiter?

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?

2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.
