Lately, I've been thinking about the amount of pressure there is to always be productive. Last week, I spent every free moment to catch up or get ahead in my work, but I ended up feeling more tired than accomplished.

I noticed that when I actually took a real break, I felt so much less drained afterward! How do you find the productivity balance?

I have an offer in hand from 1 org and negotiating with another for a better pay.
However the other organisation is asking to share the offer letter.

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

Has anyone ever left Chubb to go to Liberty or Travelers for commercial or middle market underwriting or even a sales rep role? If so, how do you like it? Came from The Hartford and love Chubb so far, but curious to see what else is out there.

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
