I wanted to ask two questions for the application process at MBB, I was a terrible student in high school thus my SAT scores are terrible but I graduated college with a 3.6, so will that impact my chances at MBB and be screened out by the HR system? I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?

New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?
