There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

FMC 1 unfortunately that’s true now a days where moving to a new firm gives you people an actual livable raise if you live in HCOL than to stay at a company for longer. Even inflation adjusted raises are sometimes less than inflation which means the employee got a pay cut in certain circumstances.

I think the problem is that you’ve been with the company so long. Many people see gains in salary when they jump around. Unfortunately, company loyalty doesn’t pay well at most places

Restricted Stock Units. Basically company stock given as a form of payment.
The amount is usually split over several years and the type varies. Typically it’s over 4 years where you get 25% of the total every year (usually split up even more into 12.5% every 6 months or 6.25% every 3 months)
Some companies like Amazon backload the distribution so you need to stay until year 3/4 to get the majority of the stock
