TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

5 years ago, I was sitting at 11 lpa in 10 yrs after staying in TCS since beginning. Had lost all hopes that I can make a switch. Was not even looking for offers and was working on legacy technologies which were retiring in 1 year. Then I got a call from another company based on the CV I had updated in 3rd year of my career on a tool for which I stopped working 4 yrs back and which was retired already by vendor. They had a migration project and were looking for someone having knowledge in that tool. The interview was hardly even technical as they had no knowledge on the tool. They asked some copy cat questions from Google and selected me. I made a switch at 17 lpa. 5 years down the line, I am earning 37 lpa and hold an offer of 47 lpa. All I want to say is you never know about god's plan and when your luck can turn so keep working hard and never lose hope.

Hi, I have no idea, Why do you think only NTT can offer you employment with reasonable salary. There are 1000s of good companies available around the world. Please move on, don't even think about them who try to harm your growth. Please try to overcome this mind state mate.

Why i am saying this because my current project got over and i got released.Project which i worked before had good work culture.Now i am in bench.If i get new project with bad work culture then i will get same package.If i get into NTT even if work culture is bad then i may get 30 percent hike with current package

Blaming God is the last option weak people have .....ache chizen mile to God is great kharap time chale to why this happens to me only ...bhai har kisika same dialogue hai ye bas tera nhi .....see for yourself why r u blaming ur God or Luck...there must be something u r lacking...FYI..I'm also 10YOE and with just 12LPA....but I don't blame God or luck for anything...I'm thankful to God for whatever I have....u also should be...if u wnt more just do more smart or hardwork.....
You still earning far better than me to be honest. But I am not sad and accepted it because I am in comfort zone. Keep trying and you will get what you want. Just keep working..

I have 1/3rd of your experience and a higher ctc. If you did not work on your communication and technical skills, you can’t expect people to give you a raise/hike on a platter.
What’s your tech stack at HCL apart from Java. Back end tech? How many switches?
