Live in New Jersey and fly to SFO a couple times a year, plus other occasional work travel to other cities. Usually prefer Alaska and have the card for companion fair which helps with family travel, but the terminal/experience is absolutely miserable at EWR (lovely at SFO). I hate United but should I switch loyalty to them for better experience, get a card for points and lounge access, or is it not even worth it?

Would love to hear thoughts on this one. Asking your firm to make sure the hotels at retreats stock quality 0.0 beer or other sober-curious-friendly options. Super progressive or super needy?

So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise.
