Defense companies pay much lower than the average
Hi, is your company hiring for a financial analyst would love to apply can you IM me.
If you only have 2 years experience I doubt you will qualify for a Sr role.
lol well I’ll pray on it because I got my current role with no experience and negotiated for 67k. All can do is try and interview well.
Northrop Grumman(sister company )offered me $90k in 2018 in Minneapolis for a SFA role. Well above industry average
How much experience did you have then?
I work at a defense contractor, 100% remote, as a senior financial analyst and make $85k. I feel like the financial analyst title ranges so many areas, from pricing to FP&A to program finance. Definitely ask about roles and responsibilities to get a feel for what area it is.
She is going to start paying a loyalty tax. Needs to look elsewhere to get her value.
