I have recently given interview at Microsoft.
HR provided the feedback as I am not rejected bit not fit for the role so they have put me in talent plus pool. What should I expect next and does this mean that I may get the offer ?

I have given 3 rounds of interview in Infosys for a position in SAP in Mumbai location. They are scheduling one more round next week. I got automated calls and interviews were scheduled. Have no idea who should I check with to know the progress.
Is it normal process in Infosys ?

How can I pivot from working as an ad agency art director to a commercial director/DP? I’m trying to get on as much commercial production experience as possible in my current role to build up experience. I’m also doing a lot of side projects - I have a couple shorts in some no name festivals and am getting better on each project. I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team. Would any one be able to speak to this from experience or share advice

Anyone ever negotiate an amicable exit from a startup? The context: been working for an 8-year old unicorn startup. Been there for close to 1.5 years. The culture is terrible. The CEO is a paranoid psychopath. My role changed immediately after I accepted the offer. I was setup for complete failure. No support. Absent leadership. Zero resources to get anything done. I’m done, not worth my mental health. But don’t want to walk away with nothing. Can exits be negotiated? Is this common?
