Cleared 1st Round and waiting for next rounds. Suddenly HR calls and says your current CTC is very near to our Max CTC offered for this Role/Position.

CTC : 16.5 LPA max for this new role said by HR
CCTC : 15 LPA

I’m currently at an Am100 in a mid-sized market considering a move to a larger market (probably Dallas) to join an Am 20 law firm. Main driver is compensation—I’d easily get a $100K raise from where I’m at now.

This is a bit of an aside, but over the last year or two, I've noticed "career coaching" explode as a service and a field. But, like what is it? How is it different from therapy, and how should it be utilized? I'm intrigued, but don't know much about it.

Help me evaluate an industry offer for a B4 manager up for SM (got confirmation that I am thru the process). Current base is $171k .
$180k base, $35k sign-on bonus, full relocation, 35% bonus - 20% cash and 15% equity - 15% equity bonus is assured forever with 3 year vesting. Cash bonus fixed as long as rated average. Overall happy with offer but want to evaluate it against possible growth if I stay at B4.

Currently working at an insurtech as a Strategy Associate and was offered a position on the IT team by a SVP. The position comes with a decent pay raise, but my title would be Business Analyst. I brought up concerns about the title being perceived to be more junior than an Associate, but was told that it’s more akin to a Project Coordinator/Product Owner (company does not offer those titles).
