I'm just 6 months into my first job. My bosses are really good. They guide me well. But I feel I can learn a lot more given more responsibilities but unfortunately I am working on a project that doesn't have much scope for it. Should I switch from OEM to tier 1 or 2 to learn more or stay here ? Which is a better option for my career ? I'm also worried I'm in a contract position and my lack of responsibilities will lead to my contract being not renewed. Any thoughts ?
