Looking for ORACLE DBA role. Having 11 years of experience.

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

What is the salary for Cloud expert in Government at PwC and anyone can tell about their experience in this role.

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.

Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. Why is it when I owe money to a state from my annual tax filings, if I don’t pay the full amount I get charged interest. But when they owe me, they ask for additional documentation and won’t pay me interest for them stonewalling me. Not much volatility y/y in earnings.
