Some more context… Reason I need advice is because the job I got offered was the most laid back interview process I’ve had and since it’s a new role I feel like the processes and what not will be unknown if that makes sense. I was also referred to the company that’s having my final interview in December and don’t want to burn any bridges. I’m leaning towards the first offer as they moved the quickest and don’t give me signs of micro managing which I like.
Keep your options open and only share that you have another offer if you’re actively negotiating or need leverage. If you accept the first offer and get a better one, you can politely decline later.

I can accept the offer and then retract it later if something better comes along?
Also, follow up question. Should I ever let the other companies know what I’ve been offered so they know what they’re up against?
