I enjoyed my tenure with Zurich. Welcoming culture, team atmosphere and my technical manager was supportive. Pay was good in my opinion and bonus was wonderful. System was user friendly and easy to learn. If you have an opportunity to join Zurich, take it.

My experience has been great from a pay standpoint. Training is OK but depends on the team. Same goes for culture. Think culture is a lot better than its competitors but still room for improvement.

From a vault ranking perspective, is it safe to assume V100 is all sweatshop big law? Reason I ask is because I want to lateral but not to a gunning big law firm — want to stay in big law but not at the ones at the top of the food chain like I am now. Want some sort of work life balance and wondering if the “lower ranked” big law firms offer this? Could just be my fantasy though…

I was just let go from a contract position 2 months early due to client reorgs (Covid). Was filed as a W2 but on a 6 month contract. Would I still qualify for unemployment? Pre Covid I wouldn’t but with the continued Pandemic Assistance plan, I think I might. Does anyone here have experience with this?

Hello everyone ,
I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?
