Looking for some insight. Just wrapped up a pretty cool project with a large tech company. Provided strategic services. Looking to leverage for an in-house entry role or mid level agency role. Problem is the company is apparently “super top secret” with things in addition the colleague I worked with didn’t help things… asked about proper protocol for obtaining work and they went and told on me. How can I strategically going about sharing the “tangible results” for future interviews?

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load. Is this what people consider negative work culture?
