I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

Female 🐠: basically all of my pores are visibly clogged and enlarged. I get breakouts from this regularly. What do I need to do? I assume I need to go to a spa or derm. Should I be seeking an extraction facial?

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? This is my first year being onsite, wanted to check how the onsite comp revision works, would I get increments in line with the US practitioners??

Who decides our onsite comp. Is it done by USI leadership or US leadership??

Is this bowl already dead? Assuming that most in this bowl, if not all, are onsite. There are so many situations which are unique to us. For example, no 401k and no PF contribution at the same time, bonus in INR even though our expenses are in USD, and so much more...
