There are some great silent switches out there - my favorites are probably silent Alpacas. If you want a great feel, aren't super cost sensitive, and aren't particularly interested in the building aspect I also recommend looking into Topre boards - have a silent Leopold FC660 with silent Topres and it both feels awesome and is very quiet.
Rising Star
If you wanna go “quiet” get linear switches. If you want tactile but have minimal noise for it get “tactile” switches (I use cherry browns in this category). Avoid clicky blues.

Haven’t personally used those. If you google switch testers you can buy a board to feel them all yourself (for 1 key at least) or check out YouTube for reviews or sound bites. Personally I went to a store and just felt some boards and bought one with switches I liked online after researching.
