Where are you coming from? Culture sounds okay enough there but may be a shock depending on what you are used to. Have former coworkers who left to do government work at KPMG, they are split on being happy and looking to leave. The latter is due to toxic teams.

I've been on 3 teams in the last 12 months and they've all been chill. Workload is manageable, no one expects too much from you. It's kinda like actually working for the govt, except you're getting paid better
I have had nothing but positive experiences, but it is a big practice so your experience may vary. WLB is great, rarely (like almost never) have to work more than 45. Hope this is helpful
Does anyone know the salary range for a Senior Associate or Project manger within the KPMG Federal sector?
