I have been at my company for a little less than 4 years now. I’ve had the third highest sales last year out of a team of 50 and consistently the highest outbound calls per week. They told me I can start WFH once I hit $1mil in profit, but then rescinded right before I hit the goal. They have also denied simpler request like time off, when I know they have approved this before for others. I feel super unappreciated, but the money is great. I’m not sure if I should look elsewhere and start over?

I got an offer from firm 1 before the memorial holiday and have been stalling because I am waiting for an offer from firm 2..
I was working with a partner from firm 2 who got me an interview with the managing partner.. I got a verbal offer last week.. the staff told me they are processing the paperwork.
Should I still wait for firm 2? I feel like I can’t stall anymore.. I feel like I really should give firm 1 a response this week 😮‍💨 but I don’t want to lose both offers

So I worked for Walmart for 7 months, Left it last Month because of below reasons.

1- Poor learning curve
2- Poor Management
3- Poor Products Architecture/design
4- Less competitive environment
5- Less Pay as compared to Market Standard (Lowballed everyone)
6- Late night calls for IDC folks.
7- They don't care about your suggestion and concerns.
8- They don't have any interesting projects.
Joined different organization with great learning opportunities.

I am interviewing at another company and when they asked me what my pay expectations are, I asked them what their pay range and expectations were for this role. She let me know she was unable to tell me, yet still wanted me to give an answer. Do you believe that’s fair? How should I bring up pay expectations in my next round of interviews to ensure I am aware of what this position is offering so I don’t lowball or overshoot myself?

Moving to Philly in a few weeks from New York and looking at West Philly for apartments. I’m seeing a lot of $1,100-$1,500 for 1 bedroom apartments and feel like it’s quite high for the area. Working on a campaign and I wrote the first version of the script that was chosen. My CW partner crafted it and then I made revisions. It’s been a super collaborative process and so rewarding. We’re both so proud of this piece. It’s manifesto-y and the writing is what makes it sing, so it hurts a little (or a lot) when my partner gets tons of praise from like, THE TOP, for the writing and doesn’t acknowledge me. Do ADs ever get co-writing credits? Do I just need to get over my ego? *big exhale*
