Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

A lot of my friends work at Capgemini and they have great WLB. I kid you not my friends probably work maximum 3 hours a day.
I had great WLB. I had an internal project that was exactly as you say. Other projects was much more. But 45 hours would be a “long” week for me
I can confirm excellent WLB. I’ve taken plenty of personal time that wasn’t logged officially but my boss knew about it. Capgemini US as a whole is a chill place. I’m in Invent but the Capgemini side seems the same.
Depends on the project you’re on. 15 days PTO are for consultant and senior consultant levels. Managers get 22 days.
Did they just bump that? I had 12 days when I was C and SC. 15 days were for managers.

I assume this is US? For Europe that would be very low yes
