Did the same thing just got the answer back that I’m too experienced for what they are looking for? Is that a bullshit lie or what?

Not too experienced…too expensive probably

I had been interviewing with a product company. Cleared technical rounds and hr round as well. After that a manager discussion was held. After this hr stopped responding. After multiple calls, he responded saying we are also interview in other candidates . It was so frustrating . They should have completed all interviews before hr discussion and salary discussions. Really felt horrible today.

How much time does it takes for the results after final US interviews?

Went on an interview on Friday and they told me verbally that they will be putting together an offer. Now, the recruiter just reached out and said that he thinks his colleague will be reaching out to me with a verbal offer. Should I run or is this normal?

Met an awesome woman from here and learnt a lot from her, multiple days and nights of passionate excited talking getting to know her for the last 1.5 months. Exhilarated feeling strong emotions, feeling alive. Screwed up with a series of arguments last couple of days, and now she’s pissed off and lost respect. I’m left being irritatingly clingy. Case study on how I’m terrible with people and relationships and my over thinking, intensity, and inability to let things go kills relationships. AMA.

This is a mini rant- 3 companies so far have given me glowing interview & resume feedback. I’ve been told I am the ideal candidate and I have “a tremendous edge over other candidates” But then, they turn around to try and lowball me and when I gently push back I get the “Unfortunately, we are going in another direction” email. I’m applying for software sales roles, shouldn’t you want me to push back on a shitty lowball offer? I guess the answer is yes - unless you’re a black woman

If you had to choose from the following two options, which would you select: - Georgetown's part-time program (ranked #1 in US, 3yrs): Graduate with 200K in debt - Application already submitted, results by end of Feb - George Mason's part-time program (ranked #4 in US, 4yrs): Graduate with 20K in debt (with the possibility of it being $0 debt) - Application not yet submitted, but thinking about applying ED to a program that offers full tuition scholarship.
