Manager at a big 4 or SC 2 at Capco India? Same compensation.

I know Capco's SC 2 compensation is somewhat similar to manager comp at Big 4.
But career wise is it logical to choose capco?

Am stepping into a new phase of life personally in a month so was holding the switch..
But forcing WFO and wasting 4 hrs in commute and traffic jams can do nothing good but cause frustration..
