Manager focuses on appearances and personal advancement, not staff support. We’re chronically understaffed and spread thinner each month, with ~35% of our unit covered by mandatorily floated nurses due to poor hiring and retention. Staff were pressured to give positive responses on the Pathway to Excellence (ANCC) survey to protect the hospital’s image, which did NOT feel voluntary or honest. The abuse of nurses is ongoing, do not be fooled by this accreditation.

It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ?
