Hi, I got a offer from HCL stating that joining within a month. As per my company policy - 60 days NP. I tried a lot for buyout option and leave adjustment in my current company. I didn't get any positive response. I'm in a confused state. Could anyone help me with suggestions. ThanksCognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture Infosys Wipro

I recruited directly into marketing and sales and know lots of people who do practice-aligned recruiting
Can you share a bit about this? DM’d you also! I thought it was only generalist for BA. A bit confused about the structure now. Did they make you choose a functional track, or did you elect to choose one? Why?
Interview me, but for a specialty practice. Do they just not want to consider me for the general role or could it be that they are needing people in that practice function? Would the application process and competition pool be different compared to the regular BA track?
We have generalist BAs but we also have practice aligned Analysts (SWE, analytics, data, product, etc) on a specialist path. Same pay and everything else as a BA but you’ll be staffed to projects for that specific role rather than the general staffing pool
There are specialist track and partner track. Make sure you clarify. You can still be aligned to a specific practice that and be in the partner track. What you want to clearly understand is if you are being tagged for a role as specialist in non-partner track roles, many that exist on the digital and technology side.
Quite a few of digital, risk, and M&S BAs. Less (but exist) PE and S&CF BAs
Yep
What is the specialty practice? Risk? Digital? I had a friend that got pulled for digital specifically due to her prior internship experience.
