Mckinsey 🐠: how is Mckinsey Implementation similar to/different from Generalists in terms of quality of work, learning opps, respect w/i firm, promotion, exit opps into strategy roles in industry?

Hi everyone! Can you tell me how much you make and with how many YOE? I know I'm being severely underpaid, I just want to know the range I SHOULD be making so I can bring it up with my employer so the eventual person in this position after me doesn't have to be in the same boat. For reference: I make about $30k and I'm a (remote) graphic designer with 4 YOE and I do all the design work plus social media management for the company and outside clients. I also have multiple certifications. 🙃

I made it to final loop stage at Amazon where I have to meet 5 people. Is it seriously 5 1 hr interviews and I need prepare 20 stories? Is it a strike if I use the same project experience but different applied leadership principles ? Do I need a different project/experience for each story? Im kind of shocked people are really willing to do this many interviews.

Experienced hire with ~8 YOE. Applied and interviewed for SC at Deloitte but they offered C position. Nonetheless, after attempting to negotiatie offer I've been told the offer is firm and Deloitte will not budge. Any other experienced hire gone through something similar? If so, what worked? I'm currently looking at a 15% pay cut to join Uncle D. Also, any others that took the cut and would say it's worth it?
