Microsoft I wouldn’t recommend working in the highly toxic Microsoft Copilot 365 Mobile team (IDC hyderabad) if you care about career growth or a healthy work environment. Many people in the team have been stressed with tough work life, felt undervalued, and some strong performers were recently laid off by explicitly putting them under low performer category. Leadership appears polished and empathetic in meetings, but in reality, employees don’t feel valued.

Struggling to keep positive about finding a new permanent job - I was laid off at the end of April, have applied to over 60 jobs, had 6 interviews, and no offers. Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev.
