Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

Literally 0% of people on this thread know what's going on in your specific situation unless they have a crystal ball.
What answer are you expecting here?
If you have an email, use that as your first option. They may have filled it internally, or your recruiter might be on holiday.
Send an email and see if you get an OOO.
Recruiters at MSFT (a lot, not all) are 3rd party, and quite busy.
I want to also know if I should call again or just give it some more time. Any insight helps.
Rising Star
Large companies like MS get literally 100's of thousands of applications per year. I recently got a request for an interview for a FAANG and the interview didn't happen until a month later.
If they said they'd get back to you then I suggest you give then 2 business days (since their response) and try again. However, they are going to move at their own pace and there isn't a lot you can do.
Thanks for that insight.
Hey
Hello
Don’t know what’s going on in your situation but recruiting can take a long time. We typically make people go through a lot of interviews and we typically bring in a lot of people to interview for a role. Took me about 2.5 mos from beginning to end with interviews and background checks. I think it’s pretty normal that you haven’t heard back yet. Microsoft moves at a snails pace, when hiring external candidates.
If you haven’t heard back yet, there’s likely a reason. Be patient. If you’re truly a qualified applicant, they’ll get to you, it’ll probably just take a bit longer for a company of that size.
