Has anyone dealt with coming to terms with an emotionally abusive relationship? Currently I make a base of $63k/yr and $1k/mo in bonuses pre-tax. I manage a performance for a team of licensed insurance agents (service-based role in a direct business environment), maintain our business relationships, and support adhoc training needs. In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly.
