Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?

Brotherhood advice:
1. Don't fall for designation gimmick until you reach over 40 LPA.
2. Between these 2 dell offer is better as both are service based company and Dell is offering more.
3. Try some more offers, you should target to get 10 or 11 in notice period.
4. Add AWS, GCP cloud skills in resume, Don't worry if you don't know. Spend 1 weekend full time watching just the promotional videos of AWS, you will learn 30%, get into some self learning courses, target to gain practical knowledge on AWS.
5. Don't worry or loose hope if you don't get any other offer or u don't have much time left in NP, follow above advice, join dell and next year jump after appraisal, definitely you will reach over 15 lpa.
