Most of the companies for BGV ask for last 2-3 companies relieving letter OR like TCS ask for UAN service history and letter of every company listed in service history ??

Please help as i have 1-2 NON -IT company in my service history worked for 1-2 month and got abscond before my IT work record

They do hire. As long as those companies you absconded were for a short duration and non IT roles, they won’t bother if exit date is marked on pf service history. Also inform HR before onboarding about this and have a proper justification ready. Infosys will consider but firms such as TCS and Hexaware won’t consider.

Maybe this is the socialist in me but shouldn’t Moderna and Pfizer waive their patent exclusivity for their Covid vaccines? Don’t we have a moral obligation for the world to vaccinate as many people as quickly as possible?

It blows my mind that many countries won’t be able to vaccinate most of their people until 2023. There should be access to vaccine generics

Phone addiction. I truly feel like I have one now and I hate it. Is anyone feeling the same or possibly improved your phone addition? I am constantly on my phone and my usage is averaging 5.5 hours per day. I wake up to my phone and it's the last thing I see before bed. On it between meetings and any moment that I don't have to be focused. I will say that my phone doesn't get touched when I'm with people. Almost at all. It is a cycle of insta, snap, and FB. With LinkedIn and this in between.

Need some advice here. I am a fullstack developer with 5 yoe in Angular and Python. My aim is to crack FAANG companies.Now I got an offer from HSBC in a credit risk model monitoring role using Python.It is close to a data engineer role.
