NVIDIA offer-
Base- 27L (they don't have yearly bonus concept)
Joining bonus- 4L
RSU- 80k USD
Please suggest, is this a good offer?
How much can I expect base and RSU from NVIDIA?

No, you cannot negotiate salary for a campus hire. It was 72 when I started, probably closer to 80 now.

No negotiation for campus hires. It's been a few years since I left, but I believe campus hire pay is around $80-85k, though I'd defer to someone still at Deloitte to confirm.
Just got hired as consultant for GPS consulting and getting paid $88k

Consulting or Advisory? Different starting salaries. And yes - always negotiate, what is the worst that can happen - no? Having said that, experienced hires typically have more leverage to negotiate.
For Deloitte consulting (not advisory), a couple years back on the “higher end” was 75, but have heard recently of people getting in the 90s. This is for a computer science/information systems background. Advisory is usually (always) lower

Campus hire, started in august with a stem degree: 77.5k salary, 10k signing bonus
I was GPS campus:
73K + 10K
