Hot take: buy Gatorade Zero packets and put it in your water before. Better than just plain water

Set an alarm for 9:30pm, melatonin+lights out by 10pm. Keep this sleeping schedule for 2 weeks and you'll feel like a million bucks. It starts getting easier after 1 week.
