本週總結：

MU這筆我自己是滿意的。前面敢在低位拿，財報後直接給了一波，當時看著是真的爽。但後面開始回吐，心裡也是真的煩。這種時候最怕的就是上頭，明明一筆好交易，最後被貪心搞壞。所以我現在做的不是追，而是先把利潤守住。

SNDK也是同樣邏輯。低位拿到，衝起來很快，肉是吃到了。但這種票漲得快，洗人也快，不能因為前面做對了，就覺得它每天都該繼續漲。現在我更想等下一個舒服位置，而不是追著它跑。

SPCX上週就是一個字：磨。它沒有像MU、SNDK那樣直接給結果，但也沒有完全走壞。這種票我不會天天拿出來吹，走出來就繼續看，走不出來就讓它整理，沒必要自己先急。

MRVL這筆我不太滿意。反應弱就是弱，沒給到我想看的節奏，我也不想硬替它找理由。後面我只會小倉看，不會拿重倉跟它賭脾氣。

對於下週，我個人還是保持偏樂觀的態度，也會繼續盯著市場變化。如果有新的機會或重要消息，我會第一時間同步給大家。也謝謝這段時間一直信任我的朋友，這週跟著一起佈局、一起有收穫的夥伴，先恭喜大家。

市場永遠不缺機會，真正重要的不是一兩天賺多少，而是能不能严格执行自己的操作策略，只要按照我说的，基本上都会有利润

ZS fish, Is there a Senior Consultant level at the firm? I am currently a M3 in Lighthouse at 174k base (7.5YoE) doing data science.
If SC doesn't exist, is Manager a good level to target, or is Consultant more like it? Looking for 200k base at a minimum.
Expect my current year TC to be around 200-210k.

Why do we always tell people “Be the best version of yourself before starting a relationship?”
I feel this is wrong…first, if you’re someone who constantly wants to be better, this doesn’t work. Also, what happens when you’re going through things and you’re not the best version? What happens is…the going gets tough and then one person leaves the other.

How would you go about asking a potential employer about working hour expectations, like being on-call or working 8+ hours a day? I don't mind working extra here and there, but if 50+ hours are required I plan on asking for more compensation. I plan on getting this in writing should I get an offer.

I’ve been working in algo-trading for 3 years and I hate it here. I feel like I’m not learning anything and I don’t trust my managers to know how to generate revenues (no strategic revenue growth in 3y) and I don’t even work in the math models or finance topics that seemed interesting when I joined.

Hey guys I currently work as a SS derivatives trader for a small broker ans I recently got offered a job as an equity trader for a large asset manager (T. Rowe, BlackRock, Vanguard) but I want to switch to equity research not sure this would help me do that. Currently have no real growth opputunities at my current firm and pay will be better and I can get my CFA if I take the job. Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance.
