This is my first time doing this annual project. She then tells me next year I will have to do the 3 remaining companies next year when again this is my first time doing 1 and this was the function that got her a manager title. Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told.
