I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hey Sharks, I joined in verizon india last april, i got moved to new project at july end. I have 2.5 years of experience in java,springboot, Micrservices architecture. But in my new team deployed in a support project. Feeling depressed and frustrated. asked manager 2 times to change my responsibility. But he's accepting in call but not doing what he is promised. Please suggest what can i do here. Does droppeing paper is a good solution? Please suggest. Thanks in advance.Verizon

Bullies must be confronted directly and support from management is key. Time for a talk with your manager about the toll this client is taking on your health. Lay out the parameters you’re able to meet and then, with management backing, schedule a call with the client to discuss the pattern that has developed and how it must change if you are going to continue working together. Offer him the ability to go elsewhere of the parameters do not meet his expectations.
Speak to your leadership about this and then examine the contract. If the contract allows, start billing actual hours - this is a tool for resetting expectations. Best of luck.
Be direct, stand up to him.. maybe he’ll respect it. As a bully myself I would.
Stand up to them, tell them you’re out of office. Give them real deadlines, I’ve fired clients like this.

Get support from your management team and stand up to them. Something to keep in mind is that your firm can always dump them as a client, and you have the power to paint them in a bad light throughout the industry.
Call the police. I seriously don't want to hear how this ends on the news. Like, protect yourself really.
