My company are now expecting Product Managers to be on call for incident management, outside of working hours. I don’t particularly want to do this because work/life balance (which we preach we are all about as a company…).

That being said, if it’s mandatory, do you think I am within my rights to ask for a payrise? If yes, by how much?

I am currently on £70k if that helps advise on how much more I could expect.

Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?
