My company recently implemented a three-day in-office policy, but compensation hasn’t been revisited for those of us who relocated during the remote period. I moved from SF to Denver two years ago with leadership approval and accepted a 10% geographic adjustment at the time. Now that we’re expected back in the office, my pay hasn’t been restored to its prior level.
Is this typical practice, or would others expect comp to be reassessed in this situation?

Question for some of the senior partners on this bowl: do you mind sharing what does the the top end of partner comp look like? Is it like 2-3M annually? And how many years it took you to get there after becoming partner?

Any one aware of the laptop purchasing policy at kgs. Where we can purchase a laptop for max 1 lac and kgs will pay the entire amount to us provided bill is in its name and kgs will deduct the same amount from our salary in 36 installments.

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on
