Is no one aware? I should think at least your boss might be. The problem (and I speak from experience) is once you overfunction, it often becomes expected. And if you suddenly stop, it’ll be noticed. You may have to slowly lessen. But the bigger issue is either they know and aren’t doing anything…or they’re completely checked out that they don’t know. Neither is good.
Stop. Talk to leadership.

You should't do the work of a team just because someone else isn't carrying their weight. I can see the dilemma you're in though: if you rat him out and you share a cube with him there's a good chance it will cause animosity and awkwardness. Maybe have a chat with him and tell him you need help because you're working long hours to keep up. If things don't change then go to management. You might even request to be switched to another cubicle.
