My current CTC in my company is 26LPA that includes 10% variable.LTIMindtree HR is saying that maximum they can give is 28LPA with 10% variable in Kolkata for P4 .I mean if HR indeed provides me an offer letter with 28LPA with 10% variables does it makes sense to switch with this awful hike.Also in Kolkata the oppurtunities are pretty less and am not sure whether I would get more offers in Kolkata in notice period as it is pretty stagnant here.I am 10 years experienced

Would it be difficult to get a job in IA if most of my experience has been auditing private non-404 asset mgmt funds? I really enjoy process walkthroughs when I have them though. Also, does title matter that much in IA? I’m a manager now, but based on job descriptions it looks like I might have to go for a senior auditor role because audit manager roles generally call for 8+ years from what I’m seeing. Can title be negotiated?
