My current job situation is becoming increasingly unmanageable and borderline toxic. I have the opportunity to move, but to a lateral level (VP to VP, no longer an SVP after a previous layoff but FB won’t let me change) with a $10k reduction in salary. After being laid off for 5 months last year I took a step down to VP and a $90k pay cut. This new job would be the same as I was making in 2020/21 though it is FT remote, I can’t help but feeling I’m taking a step back (more in comments).
