They requested seven interviews, usually with the same people. They commented on what she wore. They made her jump through hoops to give a new recruiter they hired “practice.” They waited weeks to tell her “No,” despite many follow up emails. It’s easy to lose sight of, but can we PLEASE stop being so shitty with hiring practice? (Cont)

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

I think I may have made a huge mistake today. My skip level director sent out an email about something and asked us for feedback. I sent back a note and provided some.
