Had my first discussion with a recruiter. Feels kind of good

How many rounds of interviews would be maximum you would take for a job? I feel very tired for some roles request 5+ rounds.

For those who made the jump from biglaw to midlaw, how long did the recruiting process take? I just started interviewing last week and have a ton more interviews this week, and I’m already exhausted balancing that with a current busy workload. And how many firms did folks apply to/approx how many interviews did you do in total? Trying to get a sense of how long this process is for people.

Has anyone worked in a renewal account manager position? Basically supporting the renewal side of the business for account managers. More technical, less customer facing. How would you prepare for this interview?

How many rounds of interview does Persistent take ...cleared with the first round ...any tips/info about the further process?

Was laid off mid job search. Do I disclose it when HR screenings have already taken place? I was looking for a new position bc we were acquired and I didn’t like what I saw from new company. (Guess my instincts were right!) I have several round 2s coming up and didn’t know if I should bring up the fact that I’m not with the company or just answer questions as if still employed

Last year I got an offer from tcs which I had accepted initially but did not join ultimately. I had notified the same to the recruiter over call and mail. It's been one year and I see all those details in the portal still exist and hence I am not able to apply the same. Can anyone tell when they will delete the old application.

note:- I know there are lots of other companies than tcs, just wanted to know for informational purpose.

Representing a client pro bono in a defensive asylum case scheduled for a merits hearing this week. Government has agreed to dismiss and we have fully signed and filed a joint motion to dismiss.
