Making it rain doesn't mean you need to do shit work too. It sounds more like you can't make it rain so you're going to run before you get fired. Otherwise who cares if they "emphasize" quality legal work, you should be doing that anyway.
It’s probably easier to make it rain when you have a reputation for quality legal work (with good results). Your reputation as a professional is one thing, the firm’s reputation is something else. If you believe that your reputation as a professional is in some way tarnished by your association to that particular firm (e.g., if the firm is known to do shady shit), then that may be a good reason to go somewhere else.
