My girlfriend has an offer from McKinsey (and several others from T2 firms) but she's worried about the reputation of having a "cut throat" culture instead of one that's more collaborative. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
