Little story I wanted to share. I’ve never been close to one of my siblings and haven’t put effort to change that. Eg., never initiated conversations. In the past few years I’ve felt convicted to try to be more loving. I didn’t feel I liked her, but recognized my responsibility by being cold, even though it was subconscious and not quite intentional. So anyway, I’ve been trying, with much prayer. Hello all! How have you found the environment of consulting to work with your faith? Have there been clear ways to represent Christ to your teams or are firms really firm on any outward expression?

My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?
